Because we believe that we offer the highest quality products and we inspect and pack all of our orders with great care, we believe that you will be extremely satisfied with your orders from www.sonshineonline.com. However, there may be times when items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this happens, we'll gladly replace such items providing that you follow our Return Guidelines below:
1. Before a return may be made, an RA (Return Authorization) number must be requested WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Please email returns@sonshinemail.com for this number. Put "Return authorization needed" on the subject line of your email to help us process your request quickly. In the body of the email message please provide us with your Order Number, the product number, and a detailed description of the problem.
2. Returns must be shipped within 7 days after receipt of your RA Number.
3. Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be returned via U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified). Upon receipt of the returned item we will promptly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
4. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, etc), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in SALABLE CONDITION, will be issued an exchange or refund on merchandise cost only. We cannot reimburse postage costs for returns which fall into this category.
5. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software, DVD’s, videos or music once a package has been opened unless the item is defective or damaged. If the item is opened and it is defective or damaged you may return it for replacement of the same item only. In all other cases, Videos, CD's, DVD's, Software, or other similar media may only be returned for a refund if UNOPENED and in Salable Condition.
6. Carefully pack the item(s) that you are returning to us to avoid damage in shipment. Failure to pack merchandise securely may result in damage to the merchandise during shipment. In such cases we may not be able to issue a credit or a restock fee may be applied. Enclose a copy of the Return Authorization provided and write your RA # on the outside of the package. Affix an address label with the return address shown below and ship the package via the U.S. Postal Service using Media Mail, if qualified. Be sure to apply adequate postage. Make sure that your contact information including name, address, and a phone number are included inside the package.
7. Any return item that arrives without an RA NUMBER on the package will be refused and returned to the shipper. Any return which is received and does not comply with our above stated policy will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
